1、 Performance characteristics
1.The filling valve adopts high-precision mechanical filling valve with no bottle and no vacuum mechanism.

6.When inflating or pouring wine, if the bottle bursts due to quality issues, the wine valve will automatically close and equipped with an automatic bottle breaking and rinsing device.
7.Adopting a fully stainless steel magnetic hopper, the sorting lid, lower lid, and inlet lid of the crown lid are all transmitted by magnetic force. The lid is not easily deformed during operation, and the lower lid is large and unobstructed. The capping is reliable and has automatic unloading function, reducing the bottle breakage rate.
8.The centering guide adopts a double guide rod centering with a pre cover function. Smooth and reliable entry and exit of bottles.
9.The lifting of the wine tank and the capping head is electrically operated to accommodate bottle shapes of different heights within the design range.
10.The liquid level height of the material in the filling cylinder is controlled by an electric probe, ensuring stable cylinder liquid level and reliable filling.
